We all know that JEEERKS™ Biltong Jerky good for you and is the best snack around, but lately we’ve been thinking that we want to eat it for every meal. So, we’ve been getting creative in the kitchen and whacking it in some of our favourite things to eat. It’s super versatile, and helps to spruce up some of our old favourites.



We all love pizza. Give a JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky pizza a crack – add JEEERKS™ Biltong Jerky range to your favourite pizza topping and you won’t be disappointed. Keep it simple, with just a handful of ingredients.


  • JEEERKS™ Biltong Jerky (soft or hard)
  • Pizza base sauce
  • Three cheese mix – mozzarella, tasty and any or your choice we recommend feta
  • Tomatoes
  • Eggplant
  • Olives
  • Oregano

Pre-heat oven 180ºC. Add to base pizza sauce, JEEERKS™ jerky, cheese, tomotoes, eggplant, olives, oregano cook for 20 minutes until golden brown. Top with sour cream to serve.


Bored of salads with no zing?? Why not spruce it up with some JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky. This is one of the best healthy and tasty alternatives to turn any everyday salad into a taste sensation. This is how we JEEERKIFY our salads: JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky – soft or hard of Original, BBQ or we highly recommend Chilli

  • Kale or lettuce of your choice
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Feta cheese
  • Red onion finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Coriander (diced)

Add diced lettuce, tomotoes, olives, feta cheese, red onion, corriander and JEEERKS™ Biltong Jerky. Toss and add olive oil.


Ever thought of adding jerky to your favourite omelette? Adding any of the JEEERKS™ soft jerky range is a quick and simple way to add protein and flavour to any omelette. Check out our favourite recipe below, feel free to quirk it up to your your desired taste (serves 4).

  • 50g JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky (soft), chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • Diced bacon
  • Cheese
  • Tomatoes diced
  • Handful of sliced olives
  • Zucchini
  • Coconut or olive oil (for frying)
  • Coriander (diced)
  • Salt and cracked pepper
  • Garnish with bean sprouts
  • Top with 1 Tbsp of sour cream

Pre-heat fry pan. Beat eggs and milk in mixing bowl. Add diced bacon, cheese, tomato, olives, zucchini, mushrooms, coriander, salt, pepper, bean sprouts, JEEERKS™ beef jerky.

Add olive oil to fry pan. Pour mixture into fry pan at high heat for 5-8 minutes. remove from hot plate sprinkle more cheese and sliced tomatoes and cook under griller until golden brown. Top with sour cream.


Surf n Turf? Nah, Surf and Jerk! We think out of the box at JEEERKS™, dig into our take on the classic Surf N Turf. Simply pan fry or grill your favourite fish top with JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky, sauce of your liking and turn an ordinary dish into a gourmet delight. This is how we catch a winning dish – healthy, quick and simple:

  • 50g JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky, soft or hard
  • Fillet of fresh Atlantic Salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Herbs of your choice
  • Salt and cracked pepper
  • Top with creamy white wine sauce

Pre-heat fry pan at high heat. Add olive oil with salt and pepper. Season salmon with salt. Pre-heat grill at high heat.

Add salmon skin down to fry pan at high heat for 3-5 mins until skin is crispy. remove from fry pan place on grill tray top with 15-20g of JEEERKS™ jerky top with creamy white sauce place until grill for 2-4 minutes.


We all love a good soup, and we all love JEEERKS™ Biltong Jerky so why not mix the two together?! Add JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky to any of your favourite soups and taste the difference it simply adds flavour, texture and protein to any soup. This is our favourite:

  • ½ cup JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky (soft or hard, chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Onion, diced
  • Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup carrot, chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth

Heat oil in a saucepan or pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and bacon. Cook, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes or until bacon is golden. Add zucchini, carrot, celery and cauliflower. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until vegetables start to brown. Add tomato, stock, JEEEKS beef jerky and 2 cups cold water. Cover. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in basil. Serve.


Nothing beats a tasty toasty. Why not jazz up the standard cheese and tomato toasty with a little JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky?! We suggest our soft range for the perfect blend. This is how we Toast up our JEEERKS™:

  • JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky, soft thinly sliced
  • White bread
  • Tomatoes sliced
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Butter bread both sides. Add tomato, cheese, JEEERKS™ jerky, salt pepper. Place in sandwich grill until golden brown.


Looking for a protein to add to your classic Potato Bake? Add JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky (soft) and you’ll lick your plate clean. You can thank us later.

  • JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky (soft)
  • Melted butter
  • Cream
  • Milk
  • White potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
  • Onion
  • Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 1.5L baking dish. Combine milk, cream, onion and garlic in a bowl, then season. Add chopped JEEERKS™ beef jerky. Place a single layer of potato in the dish, then pour over a little milk mixture. Continue layers, finishing with a layer of potato. Dot the top with butter. Cover dish with baking paper, then foil. Bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for a further 25-30 minutes until golden and tender. Stand for 10 minutes, then serve.


Turn your every day fried rice into a gourmet taste sensation by simply adding JEEERKS™ beef jerky. Quick n easy way to add a healthy protein supplement to your run of the mill fried rice. JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky (soft)

  • 1 cup of rice white or brown rice
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 rashers bacon
  • Sliced olives
  • 2 eggs
  • Handful bean sprouts
  • Chopped shallots
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Dash of soy sauce

Cook the rice in a large saucepan of boiling water for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain and leave to cool.

Using a whisk, lightly beat eggs in a small bowl. Heat oil in non-stick wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add eggs. Swirl over base to form an omelette. Cook 2 minutes. Turn over. Cook 2 minutes until set. Transfer to a chopping board. Set aside to cool slightly. Cut into short strips. Add JEEERKS™ beef jerky and bacon to wok. Cook 4 minutes until light golden. Add vegies and rice. Cook, stirring, 3-4 minutes. Add egg and soy sauce. Stir until heated through. Serve immediately, with extra soy.


We all love a good parmigiana why not jerkify it with JEEERKS™ beef jerky. Simply top to any parmy, add cheese, heat and enjoy pure delight.

  • JEEERKS™ Beef Jerky (soft or hard, diced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (150g each)
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp tomato pasta sauce

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the Parmesan on a sheet of greaseproof paper and the breadcrumbs on another sheet. Beat the egg white in a shallow bowl with 2 tablespoons water. Dip the chicken into the Parmesan, then into the egg whites and then into the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil over moderate heat in a large nonstick frying pan. Cook the chicken for 3 minutes each side. Transfer to a baking tray and sprinkle with the mozzarella; JEEERKS™ beef jerky: spoon the tomato sauce on top. Bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
